- Dissatisfaction with Consultation: If you are not satisfied with the consultation you received, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service date.
- Error in Payment: If there was an error in the payment process, such as being charged twice for the same service.
Refund Process

- Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
