Our services include, but are not limited to, e-consultations with licensed medical professionals, the issuance of electronic prescriptions, and referrals to local healthcare providers. These services are available globally, but availability may vary depending on local regulations.
Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are using the service on behalf of another person (e.g., a minor or an elderly family member), you must have the legal authority to do so.
User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration and consultation process. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your account.
- Medical Emergency: MyDoctor-In is not a replacement for emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse the service by attempting to gain unauthorised access, distributing viruses, or engaging in any activity that could harm our service or its users.
Payment and Fees
- Consultation Fee: A fee of 59 pounds is charged for each consultation. This fee covers the consultation service and any associated electronic prescription.
- Payment Process: Payments are processed through secure payment gateways only after the consultation is completed, and you have confirmed your satisfaction with the service.

Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software on the MyDoctor-In website, is the property of MyDoctor-In or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without prior written consent.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, where our head office is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
